About seal registration can be done only at the central government office.

Classification	Things necessary
If the person is to apply	· Seal to be registered · Registration card fee 300 circle Face photo marked with certificate (driver's license, passport, such as residence card)
If the agent is to apply	· Seal to be registered · Registration card fee 300 circle - Enrollees autograph of response letter (power of attorney)

(Note) The seal, such as the following can not be registered.

Those likely to be deformed, such as rubber stamp
Those whose seal imprint is unclear or those which can not read characters
The size of the seal is, those that would fall within the square of the length 1mm of 8 side, things that do not fit on the square of the length 1mm of 25 side
Those other, inadequate as a seal to be registered, such as there is no outer frame
