　(Items that include the date of purchase, purchase amount, breakdown of the amount, name of the recipient of the subsidy, name of the issuer of the receipt, item name of the prosthetics purchased (wig purchase cost, etc.))

　Until the last day of the fiscal year in which the day on which the assistive device was purchased belongs.
