* The vaccination certificate will be displayed up to the number of times the vaccination has been completed.

* If the third vaccination is not completed, you will be required to obtain it again after the vaccination is completed.

If you do not have an Individual Number Card, please go to the office, Townspeople Welfare Division, and complete the issuance procedure.
