2021 Shinshu Nenrin Pick Sports Exchange Tournament will be held as follows.

Dates	Saturday, September 25
Competition venue	Omachi City Athletic Park
Competition item	Dance sports, ground golf, gateball, soft tennis, soft volleyball Petanque, walk rally, archery, tennis, mallet golf
Qualification	Those who live in the prefecture and are over 60 years old (those born before April 37, 4)
Competition guidelines	You can find it with the application form at the Elderly Support Section, Townspeople Welfare Division, Nagawa Town Hall. You can also download it from the website below. 　Nagano Prefectural Longevity Social Development Center
Entry fee	500 yen per person (materials, insurance premiums, etc.) * Lunch is not included, so please prepare your own.
