　しかし、諏訪圏域における直近1週間（4月9日～15日）の人口10万人当たり新規陽性者数は29.66人（陽性者57人）と、その前週の4.16人（陽性者数8人）から急増しており、感染の拡大に歯止めがかかっていません。また、感染経路不明の事例が複数確認されているほか、感染しやすく、重症化しやすい可能性が指摘されている変異株の陽性者が10圏域で最多の12例（4月15日現在）が確認され、濃厚接触者も多数に及ぶなどリスクの高い事例もみられます。

Looking at all prefectures, the number of new positives per 1 population in the last week was 10 (14.52 positives), and the actual ratio of hospitalized patients to the number of beds that can be accepted is 296%. It is (33.2/144 beds).

The prefecture issued a "medical warning" to all prefectures on April 4 to ask the citizens of the prefecture to cooperate in preventing infections, as well as requesting medical institutions to expand the number of beds they accept and to provide new accommodation facilities. We have endeavored to expand the system for accepting positive people in all prefectures through the establishment of the facility, but if the infection in the Suwa area further spreads, it could have a significant impact on the medical care provision system in all prefectures.
For this reason, in the Suwa area where the spread of infection is remarkable, the infection alert level was raised to 4 and the "New Coronavirus Special Warning II" was issued until April 29.
