南信州圏域においては、11月24日に感染警戒レベルをレベル3に引き上げ、「新型コロナウイルス警報」を発出したところですが、その後も陽性者の確認が相次いでおり、直近1週間（1月7日～1月13日）の新規陽性者は34人となっており、人口10万人当たり22.02人となっています。
