Procurement of construction materials from remote areas

In Nagano Prefecture, while restoration work due to disasters such as Typhoon No. 19 in the first year of Reiwa is in full swing, the labor market and the procurement environment for some construction materials are becoming tight, and construction materials that are in short supply of contractors are being sought after. We have also created operational standards for design changes related to construction material procurement, as it is expected that we will spend transportation costs to procure from remote areas and secure workers from outside the region.
