1 Inoculation target
・ Those who are 12 to 17 years old and 2 months have passed since the second vaccination
The third inoculation ticket will be shipped with the specified inoculation date.
If you do not wish to change the vaccination date or do not wish to receive the vaccine, please be sure to contact us for effective use of the vaccine.
* Vaccination is done at the will of the person and the guardian, and is not compulsory.
　We ask for your understanding and cooperation so as not to force people around you to inoculate or to discriminate against those who have not been inoculated.

・ Those who already have an inoculation ticket

2 Request when receiving inoculation
　Those who wish to receive vaccinations between the ages of 12 and 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
　If you cannot be accompanied by a guardian, please fill in the enclosed power of attorney on the vaccination ticket and bring a person who knows the normal condition of the vaccination.
　In addition, the pre-examination slip must be signed by a guardian regardless of age.

3 Effect of vaccine
　After the 1st and 2nd vaccination, the effect of the vaccine will decrease over time, but for those over 18 years old who are using the same vaccine, the 3rd vaccination will prevent the onset of the Omicron strain and hospitalization. It has been reported that the preventive effect is restored.
